Wadi is a food made from fish orginating from Central Kalimantan. Futhermore,
the Dayak communities like wadis and some of them can make a wadi. Besides, production method wadi starts with fish or
meat to be processed cleaned first, then soaked for 5-10 hours in salt water. Then
the meat or fish is removed and allowed to dry. After quite dried fish or meat
mixed with Sa'mu until evenly distributed. Then the meat is stored in glass
boxes, jars, plastic or airtight sealed. Save approximately 3-5 days. Advised
to keep the meat more than 1 week. Once completed, the wadi can not be eaten
